EventLeads.net delivers unique mobile lead registration for event speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners. Attendees just send a text message to register. Our Standard Leads service is $9,500. We are pleased to provide accepted events the service at no charge in exchange for an appropriate sponsorship.
What you Get
EventLeads.net provides a full-service solution for lead capture, processing, and delivery. Here is what you get.
- An account and a unique trackable code for each party, such as your speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors. The event itself receives a code and can request more to register attendees for promotions, giveaways, and additional products and interests, and to package multiple parties so an attendee, for example, could sign up for all speakers on a panel.
- Mobile lead registration information so attendees can use one or more codes to register via text message on their phone.
- A web page that can also be used for registration, ideal for online links, such as your web site, apps, and social media.
- A leads file in standard CSV format will be sent to each party after the event.
Getting Set Up
We have a simple streamlined process to enable us to offer the marketing service free,
- The event shares their Event Partner (speaker, sponsors, exhibitor) list (preferably name, company, email, phone) with us. We take it from there.
- We set up accounts for everyone all at once. No party is obligated to use it. We can accommodate most last minute additions or changes as well.
- We send an email to the group welcoming them to the free service provided at no extra cost by the event. We inform them about the service, their account, upgrade options, and how to use it. Speakers typically publish their speaker code and event phone number and campaign URL on the first slide of their presentation and any handouts.
- That's it! We send the collected leads via email 1-2 weeks after the event to allow for late signups.
